Okey, so i have been working on my diet for 4 months and i have lost more than 25kg and i was happy , i though if i lost more fat my body would be better and look and better -,-" but im stuck now with Loose skin ...( bottom chest , around the belly , even in my arm there are a lot of skin that are not tightened ) ... here is my status

Age: 18
Height : 173 cm
Weight : 74kg ( Right now)
i used to be ( 102 Kg )

i have asked a lot of gym trainers , and everyone gave me a different option ...
first one told me i should use protein.
and an other one told me i should wait for 2 years till disappear naturally ...
and ofcoure some told me i should make a surgery ...( which i think its a stupid a idea )

Thanks in advance i hope you can give me a helpful idea.

i have the same problem as you

if it hasn't tightened up in 1-2 years, then unfortunately genetics are not in your favor it'll stay like that and surgery is your only option

just laying out reality here.

The best you can do until then is just fill it with muscle, start lifting and eating right

Your 18, keep lifting and over time it will go away. You lost 60 lbs/27 kg so I can imagine what it's like. I had a friend lose almost double that and it's slowly tightening up

I agree but I'm kind of in the same situation. How do you build out your abs (especially lower abs) enough to get rid of it?

I got no loose skin after losing 80kgs in 15 months.

Lift heavy
Eat/drink enough protein
Lose weight quick, but not 'too' quick

I have very little loose skin after losing 135lbs of fat on my previous cut. From 350-215, age 20. When you're young your skin is still naturally more elastic.

Hi
Don't be so panic. Your skin can get original shape according to your body but it may take time about 2-3 years. Follow the below things. It will be helpful for you
1)Avoid fast weight loss
2)Drink lots of water
3)Eat Properly
4)Use some skin tightening products which have natural ingredients like aloe vera, protien, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin A

Increase water intake: 13 8-ounce cups of water daily

Fruits veggies, nuts beans and other healthy fatty acid foods. These all help with skin elasticity!

I don't have any loose skin after two babies and a 50 lb weight loss. I took my time and it slowly came off after about 18 months of dedication.

I find that the heavier a person is and the speed in which they lose their weight affects they skin. If you lose a huge amount of weight in a short period of time, some of that weight is fat, water, and unfortunately muscle loss.

Slow and steady is IMO the best way to lose weight.

Give it time. Start lifting weights if you have not started doing so. I would even recommend cutting the cardio time and upping your weight lifting sessions. Drink a lot of water. For a person your height and weight, you need to drink at least a gallon or more daily. An ounce of water per lb. In time you will see a drastic improvement.

Just To Point Out If You Can See Through The "Loose Skin" Then It's Loose Skin...However If You Can't See Through It, It's Loose Fat (Fat Burns From Core Of Body Out). So In Order To Get Rid Of It, It's Gotta Be Burnt Of.

From What I've Be Taught Anyways. Good Luck With It Though, Don't Let It Put You Off.

I agree! I faced similar problem, it took time but with proper nutrition and workout I've managed to get rid of about 85-90% of it. My body feels much firmer now, the key to this in my opinion is body fat. I'm sure even after losing all this weight you will have a body fat% in the range of 25-35% once you bring it down to about 18-20% you see a remarkable change.

I would recommend you to try the calorie deficit plan and eat about 2g of protein per kg weight and get rid of sugar from your diet, at least for the time being. Most importantly do not lose faith in yourself, sometimes it may be hard to focus but solider on. Also keep reading others experiences, they are valuable. I’ve learnt all I know about fitness from this site.

Remember if it was easy to have a perfect body then everyone would have it :)

Perhaps you lose weight too fast so that the skin can't shrink in time. Try some aerobic exercises, that will help .By the way, it is said that tighten skin cream will help.
