I always see competitions on facebook and im wondering how to get in them? like right now theres a "2012 fit USA" contest... I def wouldnt win but I think i look just as good or better than a few of those guys.
anyone know how to get in them? or do you have to be chosen somehow?

Recently I have seen contests/ challenges advertised on this site often. Usually a new one each month. I am currently in two but really putting my heart all in the BSN HyperShred Challenge.
They can be found under the Supersite. Select Articles, Contest Prep, Resources, Marketing and Promotion. Here's the link:

They definitly do competitions that aren't just about losing fat. I believe the idea is the greatest transformation. For me I am very lean as well but I needed muscle development especially in my lower legs. I'm very hopeful to place top ten.
