Hello I am new to the wonderful world of bodybuilding. I am 5'5 and 113 pounds and have pretty good natural muscle tone in my arms and legs cuz I used to dance. My question is I have just started to drink "Weight Gainers 1800", eat 4 meals a day (including more protein & carbs) & I started using 5 pound weights 4 my arms & weights 4 my legs. Although I have only been doing this for 2 weeks now I have gained 4 pounds and my arms are definitely getting bigger & my legs are even more muscular. I am very happy w/ the results so far. My question is am I doing the right things to gain weight and build muscles. So far it has worked. What powder shake is the best for women to build muscles and what exercises w/ how much weight should i do for my arms. Are 5 pound dumbells good for how long & when should i increase the weight. Also, are there any other supplements I can take to build muscles?
