hey everyone, first post here. any one here doing the rhc? just ending my second week. would love some feedback on how others are doing. hope to hear from u!

I just finished last week. I had fantastic results from the program. I am taking a few weeks of light training (because I am exhausted) and then I am starting over!

I'm a regular of the MFH forum and am just finishing week 3 of the Challenge. One problem I'm facing is that I'm away at a cottage for week 5. I plan to bring weights and would be good for MOnday and Wednesday workouts. But the friday one (pull would be difficult). Im wondering if I could just take the week off and keep up my cardio (swiming/hiking/ walking/biking) and minor resistance (using body weight) then continute week 5 when I get back? What do you all think?

its on the muscle and fitness home page. not the womens muscle fitness. on the left side about 1/2 way down. check it out. altho the forums arent working u can still download the challenge. lemme no what u think. i'm starting week 4 and totally loving it!
