Hey,
my name is jen! im from newfoundland, canada and 23 years old. i'm planning on competing in my first figure comp in november I've always been athletic playing soccer and hockey all my life. i am 5'1 , 130 pounds right now with 20% body fat. i just want to make sure that the way i am training right now is good until august when i start cutting. i workout mon-sat, do each muscle group once a week. i was wondering for getting ready for figures do i keep doing what i am now which is 4 sets od 8-10 with med heavy weight.. is that right when training for a figure comp????
