Hey,
my name is jen! im from newfoundland, canada and 23 years old. i'm planning on competing in my first figure comp in november :) I've always been athletic playing soccer and hockey all my life. i am 5'1 , 130 pounds right now with 20% body fat. i just want to make sure that the way i am training right now is good until august when i start cutting. i workout mon-sat, do each muscle group once a week. i was wondering for getting ready for figures do i keep doing what i am now which is 4 sets od 8-10 with med heavy weight.. is that right when training for a figure comp????
