Hey, sorry but the most obvious is to do ab workout's that target your sides.. Depending how much weight you have in dumbells I'd do side bends. I saw your picture you have and we have similar lower body's. I have a very wide frame but that seems to always help when I'm working out abs.

Just start going to the gym man. Do a 3 day split. Lift, Mon, Weds, and Fri and do cardio tues and thurs. I'm currently doing this and i also do the stair master for at least 15min after every workout. This is excluding my PT in the morning. But dude you have the potential to be in good shape.
Start working out now and by the time you are 18-21 you'll be looking great (no homo)

yeah dude you can't spot train for losing fat. If you do a ton of situps and crunches without losing the fat it can push your belly out. which can make you look tubbier. Focus on the diet, get to the gym and that'll be gone

Once you get leaner you may want to try some yohimbine (there's an article on my blog). But for now I'd recommend you just work on building muscle and getting leaner overall. Then you can see if you need some extra strategies for "stubborn" fat.

absolutely not this ... jesus...
if you want to lose fat get your nutrition in check and then consult your lifting routine afterwards.... you're not gonna lose an ounce if you don't have a negative cal. balance. make sure you macro's are in check too ... that being said, you're not going to spot reduce fat on your body either and those areas are generally the last place to burn away fat. So get dedicated and focused and good things will come with time.

LOL ^
to lose fat u have to get in the gym, lift, do cardio, eat on a calories deficit (eat less then u burn, and eat constantly). u will then lose weight. make sure ur macronutrient intake is right too.

There is no reason for a 16-year-old to be using yohimbine. If he starts working out and eating right that will solve the problem.

I agree. You shouldn't have to take many supplements. Your 16, your age gives you the upper hand. Do watch what you eat though. Start researching what you should and shouldn't eat. Eating habits are hard to break the older you get, this is where your young age gives you an advantage. Stay away from anything that says enriched wheat and white rice. I personally stay away from any bread, pasta, or rice. I also watch the glycemic index of the food I eat. Don't worry, a cheat meal here and there won't kill you. On the contrary, they might just keep you on track. Good luck!

Agreed. Best advice, eat high protein with a caloric deficit
