i was wondering if this was a good eating plan?
breakfast- 4 egg whites and 2 eggs, with a protein shake with fruit, and also like a turkey patty or hashbrowns no salt,
meal #2- peanut butter and jelly sandwich with whole wheat bread, lots of peanut butter limited jelly. ( i switch it up with rice cakes with peanut butter)
meal #3- Fruit and a protein bar ( supreme bars, Muscle brownies, pure protein)
Meal #4- Lean meat, with eathier brown rice or patatoes (tuna, Chicken, turkey breast)
Pre workout- C4- preworkout creatine
Post workout- Protein shake
Meal #5- lean meat, with rice or patatoes ( steak, chicken, turkey burgers ect.)
meal#6- Greek Yoghurt with gronala

impossible to tell unless you post calories, maintenance, and if you're bulking or cutting
