Hello All,

I'm new to the forums, but been doing some homework.

I am 40 years old, 5'10, current weight 236, down from 267 about 3.5 months ago. Desired goal weight is 175, 180.
Main goal is to shed the fat, and increase lean muscle mass. Mostly shedding the fat.

Assuming I have my exercise plan and diet dialed in, which i do. I have a trainer 2 times a week, and get to the gym 2 - 3 times a week on my own. Additionally i ride my bike, or walk during the week.

My diet is high protein, low carbs, eating about 6 times a day. Try to get my veggies in even though i'm not a big fan. No bread etc...


My stack right now is as follows.

Muscle and Energy
ON Whey Pretein - Morning, afternoon, pre, post, night
Glutamine SR - pre and post
Creatine - post
SuperPumpMax - pre on most days

Weight Loss & energy
L-Carnatine 2 pills 3x a day
CLA - 2 pills 3x a day
Lipo-6 - 2 in am, 2 in afternoon depending on whether or not i take SPMAx. I don;t take both at the same time as they both contain caffeine.

I am considering adding tribulous to this for the added benefits. Anyone see any problems with this?
Am i missing something i should be taking for fat loss?

Everyone is different and you seem to be taking the right stuff most of its the same as what I am using and i want to lose fat and keep my size. My problem was eating six meals a day I couldn't lose any and i started eating three medium meals a day and three shakes a day and in the last few weeks I have dropped my body fat and paint size. Do you feel bloated all day eating six meals? Zack kingkong had an article in flex saying something about not eating six meals a day, look it up. Hope this helps ya.
