Hello,
I found the NGA and NPC websites, but was unable to find comprehensive contest schedules for each. The NGA website listed no contest schedule and I couldn't find a listing of natural NPC shows (there are natural NPC shows, aren't there?). Also, does anyone know if the NGA and NPC (natural) deduct female athletes for breast augmentation? I know that the NANBF does. Thank you.

There are several tested NPC championships I can think of, CT State/Northeastern, OH has many tested contests, Team Universe, etc.... good luck!

The "natural" NPC show that i went to only tested one in every 20 competitors. They also allow prohormones along with other things in their shows.

Many schedules for the NPC are posted on a state by state basis with individual state sites. Check them out!

tamarajay, I checked you out on the Ironman link and here's my honest opinion. First let me state my credentials. I have been associated with bodybuilding for 20 years. 10 years as a successful competitor up to the limit of my genetics. One of my old roomates is at the very top of NPC national level for the women heavyweights. I know her diet and other little secrets.
So now here is what I think of your physique. Its great. You are what I personally would like to see for women bodybuilding, but I am sorry that its not what's going on. You and I both know that there is some serious assistance in their training scheme that's allowing them to add another 20 pounds to their bodies.
You have a well balanced physique so keep the balance and add more size equally to all parts. Go as far as you can go as a natural. I hope you will stay natural and keep the faith.
Again I think you have the physique that I would love to see at the top NPC national event. You're more feminine, more attractive and certainly more natural looking of course. Keep the faith.
Your lines remind me of a Lenda Murray type.
