I am curious as to the best way to shred. I have just under 10 weeks before my unvieling and want to drop from 19% bodyfat to 9%. What is the best way to drop the fat?

Through a combination of proper nutrition and a lot of cardio.

Cut out the junk and sugar, most of your carbs should be low-moderate on the GI scale.

If you haven't already, take a fat-burner. SAN Tight and Syntrax MM4 are good choices.

How much weight are you looking to drop?

I am looking to drop 15-16 lbs of bf in 10 weeks. I keep the sugars to an absolute minimum. I am curious as to my HIIT. Do I need to be doing HIIT more than 3 times a week for 25 minutes?

I found alot of great threads on hiit. I try to do it on my off days but its hard on a calorie restricted diet so I mix it up with hour long cardio sessions.

You should limit your HIIT to no more than 20 minutes. 15-16 pounds is easily attainable. I would also recommend an additional 20-25 minutes of moderate intensity cardio per session.
