Hello Everyone,

If some days I take 15grams less proteins and others a bit more, would it really make a huge difference in my lifting experience? How closely do you all follow the micro nutrients?

Thanks!

Why not eat the 15 g?

Some days I get over with my fat and carbs count but not proteins. I gotta be creative with the shakes probably. I do 1 OP Whey (30 g), 1 shake with Soy and milk (30 g) and rest fill it up with vegetarian food intake.

Fat: 30g
Proteins: 75g
Carbs: 165g
Weight: 97lbs
Height: 5ft
Body fat: 17%

I want to have a baby in a year so I'm not too keen on cutting down on body fat. But I did want to tone up and get healthy well before pregnancy for a healthy child.
