how often/how much tuna, light and/or albacore, do you eat in a week. I am totally into albacore tuna right now.Love it! anyway, I read that it is only safe to eat only one can of albacore and 2 cans of light, per week, due to the mercury levels. I also heard this stat is based on old info?
