Are you eating enough? It could be your caloric intake. Also, make sure you are not overtraining, ie cardio, excessive sets, long hours.....

How long have you been training for (heavy training)? You said you've been bulking for 3 months..do you mean you've been training for 3 months? if so it's not alot at all, give it some time. It takes time and good nutrition to build muscle.

You may be overtraining.

When I first started lifting, I was doing up to 5 exercises per body part and 3-4 sets! I was also only eating about 1,200 calories! As you can see, I had no idea what I was doing!

As soon as I started the RHC, the weight training is more focused on compound moves and I was eating 1,800calories. All of a sudden (and it virtually was overnight) I had muscles popping out all over!

It's a simple equation really, calories at the start of the day + calories taken in - calories burnt = how much you weigh at the end of the day, thing is you're obviously burning more than you think. Protein is the main thing to worry about but raise your calories up slowly over the weeks and hopefully there should be an improvement. (Hard gainer, bah bs!! no such thing)

Rock Hard Challenge (RHC) is a 12 week program available from www.muscleandfitness.com. I finished a few weeks ago. It was fantastic. Very intensive, not for the beginner! I gained some impressive muscle and lost a fair bit of fat too!
