I Train relatively early in the mornings due to work.. This is what my mornings consist of before I head off... What do u all think??..... Please help

Wake up- horleys crossfire protein, swisse multi, glouc tablets for joints..

Half hour before gym- scoop of craze.

During- sipping on Xtend.

Post- horleys crossfire protein, oats for breakfast before I leave for work.
