Bros, I wonder if Im ready for a bulk now. Im going to be using Jim Stoppani's 12 week shortcut to size program when I go on a bulk, if you now any better bulking programs then send them my way.
My main priority is to stay lean during my bulking phase, not go over 12-13%. Is this possible or am I being unrealistic?
I currently stand at 147.7 pounds.
Current cutting diet
Meal #1: 2 whole eggs, 1 egg white with olive oil, 27 gr oats with skimmed milk
Meal #2: Peanut butter sandwich
Meal #3: Peanut butter sandwich
Meal #4: Tuna sandwich
Meal #5: Tuna sandwich
Meal #6: 500ml milk
Meal #7: Kidney beans, chicken, salad
Additions: Coffee, Hot chocolate etc.
2129 Calories during non workout day
170.1g protein, 234.8g carbs, 56.6g fat
Pre + Post workout Nutrition
300ml milk, banana, 1 scoop whey, raisins
Total on workout days: 2477 calories
200.6g protein, 286.8g carbs, 58.6g fat
I do 3 days on and 1 day off. On my first off day I cheat within my deficit calories. Usually balance extra calories with extra cardio. On my second off day I cheat eating around 2500-3000 calories. I do weight training 3 times a week with a 3 day split and do 400-600 calories worth of cardio after my weight training. So far it is proving to be successful. (And yes I have 8 slices of 100cal bread a day, U mad?)
summary
-Carry on cutting or go on bulk?

Thanks

OP; your post is filled with all sorts of contradictions. Stop messing around and pick a beginners workout program and follow it. Keep a consistent diet in surplus...
and why on God's green earth are you eating 7 mini meals throughout the day?
Where the hell are your veggies?
U wanna be serious about gaining muscle, then you got to be serious about your diet first and foremost, and a workout program second. Nobody built lean muscle sitting around munching tuna cans all day. Lets be serious here.

I take micronutrients with a multivitamin and have salad with my chicken. I dont see what other benefits veggies could give me as long as I have my deficit in check. The diet is for my cutting program. All I need to know is if I am ready to go on a bulking program or if I should carry on cutting. I dont need any help on losing fat as my current routine is very successful in doing so no need to comment on that. The routine I posted is my cutting routine, not my bulking one.
THE ONLY GOAL OF MY POST IS TO ASK IF I SHOULD CARRY ON CUTTING OR BULK.
I dont see where there are any contradictions. If you could point them out I would be happy to elaborate further.
Thanks
PS: The reason for 7-8 meals a day is not because of the broscience "jack up your metabolism" nonsense. I do it because it keeps my hunger in check.

Right. Because a pill is better then REAL FOOD. LMFAO.
Come at me in 10 years when your still the same size. I already told you what you need to do.
Lead a horse to water....you know the rest

That is my cutting routine that your critisizing. My question was should I carry on with this routine or bulk. It wasn't "Rate my cutting routine". My cutting routine works awesomely and I don't feel the need to change it.
Can you please prove that my routine wouldn't work on a cut, because it did for me. I will lose fat as long as I do my workouts and have a caloric deficit. It is also debatable if micros even phucking work during a cut so your logic is flawed. Come back when you drop your bodyfat to 11% phaggot.
I didnt ask for advice on HOW to bulk. I asked IF I should bulk. Please read the OP carefully before contaminating the whole thread.
Have a nice day
