Hi all,
I am now in Week 7 of HRT Solo.
My chest workout has made me think of changing the sequence of exercises for the second half of the program. For example I trained chest last night starting with Incline - Flat - Decline, where I basically stayed at the same weight for the 3 exercises. However in previous workouts where I trained Decline - Flat - Incline the weight would progressively drop (ie/ incline would be approximately 2/3 of my decline weight).
I guess the question is - has this program been designed in such a way that it is more advantageous to train decline first?
