SOME INFO:
I’m no stranger to the Universal brand and the supplement they produce. I’ve tried the original Shock Therapy a couple of times. When I say times I meant like 4-10 tubs of it.
Obviously research and science are getting better and better. It shows that universal is taking things to higher standards. Especially with this new version of Shock therapy.
Personally I like to feel jolted, high and intense when working out. I’ve beta tested the prototypes. I’m glad I got too! Because I really enjoy the flavor upgrades.

Im very intrigued at the ingrediants. Glad to see creatine magnapower, vitamin b12's, Citrulline malate, GlycoCarn, CarnoSyn BetaAlanine and the list goes on. The dosages even though prop blend im not too worrid.
5 g's of carbs aint gonna hurt anyone :D

Im really looking forward to a good pump and energy.

NOTES:
Ahhh yeah. Open up the freshly sealed ST this day. Said free gift was inside and 2 extra scoops! How cool is that! Anyhoo opened it and was like where is it! It’s a funnel for on the go! If I forget my shaker and etc the funnel comes in handy! Not bad :D
I had clydes hard lemonade! Cyeah boy! Went straight to 2 scoops. Shook it in about 8-10oz of water with some ice cubes. The flavor is just too good to be true its like drinking straight lemonade or Mikes hard lemonade. About instantly in 2-3 mins I feel the buzz in my head. You know what that means….the beast is about to be unleashed :D
Definitely on the way the gym im thinking to myself maybe I should have started with 1 ½ scoops. Lol. Hit arms right away after light cardio warm up! Definitely felt insane pump within the 1st and 2nd sets…vasularity 10/10! By the end of the work still pumped. And still energetic. This so far is great.

started off with some hammer presses. Been changing up my chest routines. Shying a bit away from barbell presses. 3 set of the hammer strength and I was already feeling that there pump. I really feel the mental high. Good smooth energy throughout the workout.
Diet was alright could have been better. Just low on carbs.

Ive never done 405 dead for 2 sets at 180’lbs. So that’s a record for me. :P

Nice incline DB presses. Are you going to start adding weight to your pullups? Or keep 'em as such?

I think that’s where I really really shock therapy in effect. I did get a good pump on the beginning of the workout but the finishing moves is what counts for me! I swear arm was like an inch bigger lol.

NOTES:whats up!!! Last 2 sessions been definitely giving me a pump and a high…always looking forward to using ST!!! had a good basic shoulder day, again its Monday the gym is filled with those people who party hardy over the weekend lol.
Even leaning out, I wanted to test myself, do did a couple warm up sets for db presses, then straight to 100’s got 5 reps and 5 forced reps..all good. Im happy. Lack of carbs sucks haha. Energy was great…just in my zone nah mean?
Back day o’ back day. First time I tried a smith machine deadlift..i must say its not that back I don’t care if I look like a woosh! I felt areas in my back that I kinda haven’t felt before. Nonetheless I think ill switch up between this and reg’ dead’s.

NOTES:Epic Pump chest workout! Seriously felt like a beast at the smith bench…looking at my training partner she was like go for it. Sqquezzed out 5 perfect reps of 315 amd 2 drops….damn..nothing beats that feeling I felt after that set! Took 2 scoops of Shock therapy. So far as I can see it’s the sweet spot for me. I don’t need more that than. The energy and drive I got I can really say shock helped.

NOTES:Yup. Legit good leg workout. Make the weights harder not easier! Is what I did. 225 for 20 reps ain’t a joke for 4 sets. Basically saw the vid above and was like psh anything from levorne is good. Down my Shock Lemonade on the way to the gym. Warmed up on the step mill..Visualizing how im going to conquer my workout..ive never done 225 for 20…so this was a testament to myself. Mind you these for ATG. NO half a** crap here. Serious 3rd set was probably the most difficult set. Talking about full of blood. I set new PR for walking weight lunges. Im just feeling strong at this point.

Killa, Killa! Wide delts little waist for the win. Started with BB smith presses. I really like this movement a lot, usually I switch up between Hammer strength, standing presses, seated BB presses. But I like the smith a lot. Pretty heavy 225 last set. And drop it once and banged out 10. Next went to the freemotion cable machine set the cable arms the lowest and closest setting and perform laterals with cable behind my back. Goal was just to flush blood and focus on form. Effective movement. Esp trying to the caps to stay caps! Energy level is just insane. Im not in a stim out mode, I just can’t really explain the euphoric feeling I get. Shock is doing its job.

alot of people tend to think that is all about arms strenght, to an extent yes, but told her to visualize her back/lats pulling herself towards the bar. the strenght is there just gotta know how to unleash it. 10 pullups for a woman is pretty darn good i'd say.

Mirin my hoodie?! Love it! Real comfy! Anyhoo on with it took the rage and shock therapy AKA the monster. Not a let down I guarantee it. :D. Try it yourself. Take a scoop of RAGE shoot it down then 1 scoop of shock therapy in 6-8oz of beverage of your choice and boom. I’ve been focusing more on my tri’s than biceps. As of late. Bi’s are over powering the tri’s a bit, im adding a bit more volume to it. Pump was pretty good id say, it was good but I don’t know if its because I downed to one scoop of shock.. either way my focus and energy was good.

That's a good idea. I usually try and focus on my back and keeping my shoulder blades down and tucked in. 10 is definitely a kick ass number of reps for pullups.
