Hey guys,

I've been lifting weights for a while and have transformed my body in the past couple of years, but I still have some loose skin, predominantly in the lower ab region. I know time and consistent exercise will eventually help my skin tighten, but are there any other methods anyone can recommend? One thing Ive been doin that has definitely helpe my skin look healthier is I will wash my self with soap, and then scrub the regions I'm interested in tightening with a wash cloth, gently, and after I'm done I put some skin lotion to help the skin there.

Any other recommendations are much obliged!

In some cases the only thing that will solve this is plastic surgery. Just be sure to go to a doctor and see if it is loose skin or if there's still a little bit of fat left to lose.

Post a picture. What is your height/weight and bf%?

I would suggest either posting a picture or even seeing a doctor to find an accurate answer. Often times people will mistake a little stubborn fat for loose skin. If you push yourself hard enough and lose even more BF%, you may be surprised what happens to your skin.
