This is the start for my part 2 of hrt solo more info to come

Starting wt 257 this morning
6'2"
Macros 495 pro 75 carbs 55 fats
Training split
Day 1 *Chest and Calves
Day 2 *Shoulders and Forearms
Day 3 *Back
Day 4 *Legs
Day 5 *Arms

No days off unless tired this is do to also running this program during my contest prep

1 160x8+6 not that easy of a machine but the constant feel is great

Abs in between rest periods


Overall a amazing pump did not want to stop hrt makes me want to keep going. Lol.
Tried to shot vid bit 24 hr is so dam anal.

way to get at it bro.. gonna try and throw up my back work out tonight

if you dont mind me asking what do they charge per month and such.. i go back and forth to LA a lot and a lot of the time its hit or miss with the hotel gyms
after paperwork and crap all day, dont really have the mental energy to search for one where people arent wearing colors haha that wouldnt work out so well for me once they saw my LAPD bag

For me it is free my company built alot of the 24hrs stores so we have lifetime membership that is why I use it lol.

I love those quiet mountain cabin trips...it's been a while for me. Are you doing any Rocky style training while up there? Cutting logs or anything like that? I find that stuff fun too.

Lol normally I do all I did was something I do when I get up there is take a 20 min dip in my river pool temp 41. I've been doing this for years a little hypothermia is good at least for me.

Looking huge man! I've been doing HRT since Nov., just the solo, and have gained 11lbs since my last show. Not counting weight spike after my last show. You'll kill it at the show bro!

Tom's diet adjustment for me
Back and quads look better. Your holding a ton of water. Drop to 50 grams of carbs in yams preferably. Increase cardio to 90 minutes. Ya that back double looks pretty bad. Keep red meat in meal 1 only. Meals 2,3 chicken breast and 4,5 and 6 white fish. Decrease sodium to 2,500 mg per day.

At this point in the game pre workouts supps do not affect me only like the ones that shuttle the stuff to my muscles. I've used up to 2 scoops of rage mixed with 4 scoops of jack3d and a pot of coffee nothing lol

lol, well if you don't get the energy, you should at least get the pump. I had a hellova pump when I was part of the beta testing.

Wish my lady would cook mine lol. Mine hates the gym and the way I eat at times lol. Thats mainly bc of the mentality I had toward working out once we first got together. It was 24/7 gym on my mind and everything revolved around it. HRT has help EVERYTHING in my life lol

Because I can iso the targeted muscle I want to hit. I don't need to hit secondary muscles if I can force growth.
And as far as chest I had tore it years ago and have no need to show off on bench anymore I hit over 500. As far as shoulders less chance of rotory injurys.

Yeasterdays workout morning cardio no gym crawled under a house for 2 days and finished up at 8pm last night body is tore up. That crawling is like doing ab workout for 10 hrs straight.

Last 2 meal so 400 carbs same friday
Wed only one gal. Water thursday only 8oz at meals friday 4oz at mesls
Saturday no water cut all carb meals in half

Only practice posing 2 times a day
Wt friday morning 236.5 drying out nice pics will be up sunday
Overall hrt has allowed me to add some sick size and it is a great pre-contest training
