Okay so.. I work Bis/Tris Monday... Shoulders and back tuesday.. Then chest//hams//abs.. Wedsday.. And Just keep repeating.. Like Thursday Ill do bis/tris again.. so on. Is this way too much.. Because im not getting as big as i think i should be.. Please some Help... Im not that new im descent sized but it seems like i hit a plateau.

You're not giving your body a chance to recover fully... Here's what my split looks like:

Sunday: Off
Monday: Bi's, Tri's and Abs
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Off (Active Rest or Abs, if necessary...)
Thursday: Back, Front and Side Delts
Friday: Back, Rear Delts, and Abs (An extra dose of calves if necessary...)
Saturday: Off
