hey guys I'm new to this forum so i hope it works alright,
I've being training for around 18months and seeing some good results, the problem I'm having is I've lost around 30kg and have a bit of loose skin around my core area. Is there anything i can do like exercise wise to tighting the area up, i do all sorts of ab work but nothing seems to be working. my diet is very good and i do heaps cardio thinking it would of helped me but it hasn't? am willing to try anything at this stage

Hey man, first off, congrats on the loss so far. To be honest, it's hard to tell about your loose skin. It could actually still be some fat under the skin. Overtime, as those fat deposits shrink down, your skin can and will tighten up. The only time that I've heard about loose skin problems is when people lose weight too fast and your skin isn't given the proper time to recover. Just keep dropping that body fat and training like you are and you'll start to see your abs as long as your diet is spot on!
