hey guys I'm new to this forum so i hope it works alright,
I've being training for around 18months and seeing some good results, the problem I'm having is I've lost around 30kg and have a bit of loose skin around my core area. Is there anything i can do like exercise wise to tighting the area up, i do all sorts of ab work but nothing seems to be working. my diet is very good and i do heaps cardio thinking it would of helped me but it hasn't? am willing to try anything at this stage
