View Full Version : Lose 50 pounds in 4 months

Sup guys.

Back in my junior year high school I was a very active athlete. I used to play striker with my High school JV soccer team. I got injured, and I stopped playing since. After recovery, I started working for an Italian restaurant, and my weight went up. Now I am 23 years old, my height is 5'9" , and my weight is around 240.

I was wondering if someone out there could tell me what I specific need to do to lose at least 50 pounds in 4 months.. I just ordered the weight loss nutrition package from this site, and I need someone to tell me how to get back on track please.

Those weight loss shows sure do lose a lot and fast though huh? You won't damage anything if you get enough food and nutrients and exercise, instead of trying to starve it off! Also, lots of H20 always :D
