I've been working out a lot lately and I have always been really thin but for summer I'm wanting my body to be really toned. I've found that when I start working out a lot my legs get really bulky and I really don't like that. So are there ways to still get a really good workout in and tone muscles in your thighs/butt without getting bulky muscle? Or are there ways to reduce muscle?
