already posted this is regular, but thought I would post it here to my fellow girls :)


how many calories do you think I should eat to maintain a LEAN physique?
I'm 18, a girl, 5'4 and about 112lbs
I workout 5-6x a week... I life 4x a week and do 20 minutes of cardio 4-5x a week + 1 hour cardio 1x a week


Also how many grams of carbs per day should I consume to stay LEAN?

go to the nutrition section and do the math in the sticky on calculating cals and macro's.

With your stats you're already under weight. Consider bulking!

That said, at least 2000 calories with as many carbs as can reasonably fit in while still getting minimum protein and fat. Haven't we been down this road before?
