that review mentions a "fitness book nearly dedicated to crossover excercises"

anyone know what it is? now that i have a cable crossover machine i want to incorporate some workouts with it besides the ability to do weighted punches i bought it for :).

I've never seen a book dedicated to one but from a bodybuilding standpoint just about anything you can do with dumbbells you can do with a crossover machine, especially one with adjustable height pulleys. Incorporate a Bosu ball or stability ball and you can do all kinds of core/sport specific work.
Just off the top of my head, there are high cable crossovers, low crossovers, incline, flat, or decline cable flyes, cable side, front, or rear laterals, pushdowns (two arm or one arm), kickbacks, overhead cable extensions, curls, rope/hammer curls, lying curls, concentration curls, "hercules" curls, upright rows, one arm rows, using an ankle attachment brings in all kinds of leg work, single leg extensions or curls, adductor/abductor work. It's pretty much limited only by your imagination.
