Hello everyone i am new to this site and i have a couple questions. so im 16, 5'5" and 116 pounds. and i want the rest of my abdominals to show completely, and build my pecs up. and define and gain more mass to my arms. so i have the top 2 "racks" of abs showing but i want the the other 2 bottom ones to show so i have the complete 8-pack showing. and i want to gain more muscle in my pecs aswell. i have a very fast metabolism that is why my chest is already somewhat toned. i also want to know what to eat and what workours to do. im also about to try mike chang's six pack shortcut thingy. i also have been drinking water and have started to eat right. i have the body fortress super advanced whey protien 52grams per shake. any suggestions on how to get the completely ripped chest.
