Ok everyone, Listen. I'd like you all to help me out
First of all my name's Philip:)
I used to lift weights for a while ate clean, so I'm not a total noob on the subject. but obviously have lost all my results!
I'd like to start lifting again.
can you guys estimate my bf percentage, my body type..e.g ecto..meso..endo.
and also how I should go about achieving my goal of getting ripped and big.

also, through my life I've never really eaten that unhealthy, but wouldn't really be involved in much sport.
