"EPHEDRINE, EPHEDRA AND ALL RELATED COMPOUNDS are banned. Any athletes who are the INBF ONLY must have not used ephedra for at least six (6) months before joining the INBF for the first time."
I found it on WNBF page, what does it exactly mean?
Can I use EPHEDRINE HCL and compete after 6 months in INBF? What about competing in WNBF?? Or 6 months is only for EPHEDRA?
