BEYOND LIMITS TRAINING = YOUR HARDCORE ARNOLD WEEKEND GYM HEADQUARTERS!
That's right folks! We are less than a week to the Arnold Sports Festival Weekend!! Who is coming into town? If you are and need a place to train then be sure to stop by Beyond Limits Training gym less than a mile from the Expo in Columbus, Ohio. www.BeyondLimitsTraining.net. Regular Day Passes are $15 and Pros $5.
Our 5,000 SF facility features equipment for the truly hardcore! From heavy duty racks and benches, dumbbells to 130 lbs to an assortment of chains, tires and strongman equipment. So, what's on the agenda:
- Friday Night Train with the Pros: All pros WNBF, IFPA, IFBB, you name it are admitted for only $5. Trevor Sajdak and company will be blasting shoulders!
- Saturday Posing Seminar: 4pm for figure. 5ish for bodybuilders. RSVP asap to rich@richbodyfit.com if you'd like to attend. Limited spots available. $30
- Saturday Back Training with Ms. Universe Toni West: After posing wraps up. RSVP asap to rich@richbodyfit.com if you'd like to attend. Limited spots available. $30
- Sunday Leg Power Training with Layne Norton: 5pm. RSVP asap to rich@richbodyfit.com if you'd like to attend. Limited spots available. $30
