I've been on keto for 3 weeks and haven't had a decent cheat meal in over 6 months. Today was my first day eating fast food in three years (I was obese not too long ago and swore to never eat at a fast food joint again). Feelsbetterthansexman.jpg.

155g protein- 620 cals
482g carbs- 1,900 cals
27.5g fat- 256 cals
2,776 total cals
Two homemade belgian waffles with bananas and SF maple syrup (literally drenched the waffles in syrup, brb mouthgasm). Shortly after eating this I went to train legs, had a great workout with all the extra energy.
