SATURDAY ("REST-DAY")

First thing in MORNING : 3 Mile Run at a 5/6 mph pace

Afternoon : LIGHT 20 MINUTE SESSION OF STRENGTH TRAINING
Pushups : 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 - 65+
Pseudo Planche Pushups : 50+
Diamond Pushups : Did not count....


Evening : 20 Minutes of CONDITIONING including pushups, chinups, squats, and a bit of dumbbells(I never use them now) followed by 1.8 MILE RUN in 15 minutes
