Sup all,
So, since the beginning of October, I have been cutting in hope to get some definition on my muscles. I am 5'11 and weight 157lbs. I don't think I should lose weight anymore because that'd have me have a sick look.
So, the problem is, I am skinny fat, so i've got wide hips, but narrow waist and kind of wide shoulders. I don't know how to overcome this...I know it is partially genetics, but I refuse to let genetics decide what I should look like...
What would you guys do if you were me ? Would you continue to cut down and maybe, one day, eliminate the fat in my hips area and eventually get some abs definition or would you begin to bulk, but knowing my hips won't change...I'm kinda lost and I feel like all the work I did was for nothing...I feel like I will never be able to overcome this genetics thing..Need some advice/motivation, please
