Im going to be starting my first ever keto diet on Monday (20-02-2012).

My calories will be 2200

Macro Split In Grams - 220 : 25 : 135

I will add pictures on Monday morning showing how my body looks before my first meal!

Im struggling a little bit with where to get my fats from.. any body got any tips?

Olive oil
Some sort of Nuts

Any ideas of what i can chase the oliver oil with because i know it tastes like **** and makes me chuck up!

What do people recommend i eat for my carbs? Something fibrous?

I hpe i can ride this bad boi out!!! :D

olive oil
coconut oil
almonds (keep the amount low)
Avocado
Heavy Cream
fatty meat (ground beef, steak, thighs, etc)
eggs
