I was looking thorugh videos on flowrestling and saw many of the similar workouts such as hand fighting, stadium runs, plate raises, power cleans, bicep curls, sprints, jogs, lat pulldowns but I was wondering what were the sets and reps for those workouts? I was also planning on wrestling next year for my local community college

I wrestle out in Wisconsin and generally most sets, during the offseason at least, tend to run with higher weight and fewer reps ( 6-8 or 10-12). With stuff that deals with plate workouts, reps naturally are as many as possible in a certain amt of time ( in a circuit) stadium runs are fantastic. start out with 10 or so. work your way up to 20-25 in one session. you can also try buddy carries/wheelbarrows up the stadiums after youre done running. stuff worked great for me

Thanks , Sounds great. Do you have a workout program I can follow?

unfortunately, no, our coaches usually decided that day what type of workout it would be and how many sets, depending on our conditioning
