well, here it goes,
shes going on 20,
height 5'3"
current weight 91-92lbs

im with her for d past 2 years, both of our first relationship. i never found anything lacking in her physique, yet she seems a bit skinny/underweight now a days. shes does not workout but always has a busy work schedule, always on d run, sometimes the whole day long, even night too.
mostly the reason remains her lack of eating. she tries to eat but hardly eats more than 2 big meals and max of 2 small meals, and her big meals r really less than half of my big meal.
she tries to have milk everyday but that doesnt improve the condition much.
she hates taking multivitamins. she can sleep long time when shes free.
i suggested her to take really small amount [a small teaspoon] of nitro-tech from me with milk. shes been having it for the past 7days.

right now, im looking for suggestions is there any meal replacement weight gainer for non-working out females who r in some all time running jobs? if possible normal home-made weight gainers will work too..
she wants to reach around 105-110lbs

any positive replies are encouraged...
really need it.

thanks
Maddy

Ultimate weight gainer = more food!

It's probably not the healthiest for her to skimp out on real food and take meal replacements, especially of she refuses to take a multi. Real food is where we get our nutrients to support our bodily functions, when you become deficient in one nutrient/vitamin things start going wacko and we don't function as efficiently as we should.

Work on getting her to eat more. If that's a challenge choose more calorie dense foods like nuts, nut butters, chicken, and whole grains like quinoa, brown/wild rice. Drinking whole milk would also be good, high calorie and decent protein content.

I think it's sweet you are trying to look out for her, but really, she is a big girl and needs to do things on her own.

If she wants to gain weight, she needs to eat more. Period. There also was a time in my life (not now) when I was so "busy" I did not eat. And yep, I got really skinny.

Maybe she can get up 10 minutes earlier or go to bed 10 minutes later to get an extra meal in? If she wants to do it, she'll find a way.

Move one of those big meals to breakfast and she'll probably be hungry/willing to eat during the rest of the day.
A stretched belly is a hungry belly.
