Im new to this scene but I've done my research. i have been intaking about 3500 calories consisting of chicken, steak, salmon, tilapia, tuna, veggies, and egg whites mainly. i take whey protein, casein at night and cyto-gainer in-between meals. i managed to go from 130lbs to 150lbs in a month and a half. yet i still look skinny and with very little muscle definition. and i have 7.4% body fat. so where are my muscles??? lol i mean I'm stronger but i want definition with size, any help or advice?
