I am on my high school tennis team and have been doing many long and tiring runs and drills at practice for the past 2-3 weeks. I've also just entered my high school weightlifting class. Usually my weight is about 165lbs. However, I am now about 170lbs. Which I can't explain why. I've been eating healthier than ever before and have started taking b sublinguals to help boost my metabolism. All 5lbs that I've gained came in just one week. Could I have actually gained 5lbs of muscle in a week or am I just getting fatter? How can I burn more excess fat? I used to be 190lbs and really don't want to gain any of that fat back.

It could be either water weight or just muscle gain. Best bet, it's muscle gain.
