Im currently trying to get into the British Army as an infantryman. Im also trying
to compete in MMA so i'm creating a training log which covers both my fitness
goals.

Age 20
Height 5'11
Weight 160lbs

I have no set routine just mma classes with running and swimming on the side. I will be
attending selection this month and i feel a journal will help me push my self beyond my
limitations.

to start i will log my 2 previous workouts from the past 2 days.

Wall Climbs
Kettlebell snatches
Dips
Stair Carries
Grip Roll Ups
Medicine Ball Jumps
Kettlebell floor presses
Aerobike
Military Press
Step Ups

CIRCUIT 2:
4 minutes of
Length of the room Carries
4 minutes of
Heavy bag flips

CIRCUIT 3:
4 minutes of
Explosive Push Ups to
Step ups alternating

Jiu Jitsu Light Technique Work

CIRCUIT 5:
5 rounds of
Power Punches to
Body conditioning

45 minutes of take down defense

First day back..lush start.. :)
