Hey guys,

So I am trying to lose weight and saw CRAZE, I was wondering has anyone tried it? How did you like it? Recommend it? Is it a good fat loss pre workout or no because it has creatine in it? Suggestions?

Thank you

Hey man
This is powerful ****. No doubt about it. I was so focused and determined when I hit the gym. Probably great for fat loss. Just don't take it in all of your work outs. Just take it once a week. If you take preworkout every workout your body will become addicted to it. I don't know this is what my friend told me. I am trying this for the first time today..

Its good because I know what state I am aiming for when I go to the gym, os I defiantly recommend it. I am bulking right now, so I am not sure if it is good for losing weight. Probably don't need it for weight loss really, but see if it works for you

I am actually currently taking Craze at the moment myself and honestly I do really love it. The thing I must ask you though is are you just starting to workout, how heavy are your workouts, and do you really feel like you need that extra edge?

While I do admit to taking Craze myself and loving it, I would say if you can avoid pre-workouts for the time being that is not a bad choice. Also will say it won't do much if anything for you in terms of fat loss by itself. It will just give you a boost in the gym to help you work harder with more intensity, especially when you are dragging (we all have those nights) which can lead to more fat loss, but only by means of working harder.

That being said you have to decide what is best for you in the end, just be sure to put the effort into plenty of research before starting a supplement!
