I need to cut as much weight as possible in the next 36 hours. I've been really healthy the last 3 months, and have lost about 30 pounds in that time. I'm 5'9 currently at 195. But anyway, my question is: In these next 36 hours, if I'm trying to get to cut as much weight as possible, will an extra couple hours of cardio make much difference, or should I just be focused on water and food intake, and sweating/water loss?
I've done some research, and I know that cutting weight by water loss isn't recommended. But I've done all I can, and every last pound counts right now. So basically, I guess what I'm asking, is that extra 600-1000 calories I can burn doing cardio worth my effort, or should I spend my effort elsewhere, and focus on other methods.
Thanks!
I know I am new posting to this forum, but I have been browsing for a few months now, and I want to say there is a lot of great knowledge being passed around that I have used to help me in my transformation. So thank you everyone for that.
