I'm sitting around 202-205 right now, 6'3" probably 11-12 percent, looking to do a little mini cut before I do a longer bulk till summer. I'm thinking I'll aim for about 2500 calories on training days and a bit lower on non training days. Does that sound about right? I've never really counted calories before and have a pretty good idea of what it takes to get lean, but I'd like to take a little more scientific approach this go round. Any advice?

There's no clear cut answer to your question as diet macros are highly individual and there are too many variables that need to be factored in first. Your best bet is to just monitor your weight for a week or two then make adjustments based on what the scale does/ how you look.

Ya, start with that and if you haven't lost any weight after 1-2 weeks then you know it's too many calories to cut with. Reduce by 300 and try again.
