Pumped for the The 2012 Wisconsin Natural Bodybuilding, Fit Body & Figure!

Hey Guys

Just wanted to see if there was anyone looking to compete in the The 2012 Wisconsin Natural Bodybuilding, Fit Body & Figure on April 21st in Madison, Wisconsin.

I competed in that show many moooons ago and I'm fortunate enough to have three contest prep clients who will be competing this year.

Wasn't quite sure if this would be the sub forum to post in, but since its an INBF show and my guys just wanted me to do progress blog and photos every 3-4 weeks, I thought a small progress thread of the three leading to show would be cool to share. If you guys have any questions or input, feel free to ask.

Attached below is Client 1. I am not quite sure how to separate photos into groups so I will post Client 2 and 3 together in the following post.

Client 1 photo weight - 146 lbs, 5'10 inches
Client 2 photo weight - 189 lbs 5'10 inches
Client 3 photo weight - 180 lbs 5'8 inches



In a few weeks I will update this thread and hopefully will be able to get some consistency with the camera's lighting, and comparable poses along with what ideas I'm having with each clients prep. Again any questions or comments, feel to ask or post!

Hey guys!

Sorry for the delayed reply...been busy and my clients have not been able to get together for a round of progress pics, but were gonna make an attempt this weekend. I actually have two photos for Clients 1 and 2.

Last time I posted, Client one weighed in at 148. Fast metabolism so I wanted to get more weight on him before we tighten up. Client 2 is down to 180 from 189. Hope these photos holdyou over till Monday.

Client 2 also has a younger sister who is a client of mine. Her next competition is at Eastern Illinois University. Ive been working with her since Nov and her show is next weekend. Enjoy the photo!

Anyone have full top 5 results for this show? Went to watch prejudging (I've competed in Fird's show at least 6 times) but couldn't stay for finals. I'm actually more interested in the womens categories as I already know most of the men's results. Thanks!

Yea Eric and I are both competing next weekend in Kohler, WI at a INBF show and then the following weekend in Dayton, Oh for the INBF Tri State.

After that its time for some relaxation and growing:)
