ok so i have a job that requires me to get up at 4am and do intense physical labor for about 5 to 6 hours, and sometimes in the morning i like to take a half scoop of my pwo supp because it gets me in the zone and time flys, work gets done etc. After i get out of work and feed myself i take a nap and hit the gym same day, any prob taking it again later that day
taking 1.M.R(currently only half a scoop so all together it only ends up being 1½ scoop total) and i train 4 days out of the week
