i've recently been following a low carb, high protein diet to lose fat but have a large concerne to the impact cardio will have on my lean body mass, im 16 and at 97kg (around 211Lb) with a BFP of around 18.5.

cardio is obviously a useful tool in loosing fat and im interested in peoples experiance of the type/time and the effect on catabolism it can have, i've heard that post workout is very effective and LISS (low intensity steady state) cardio is optimal before breakfast (15-30 min). if anyone has any recomendations or experiances with these forms of cardio i would be very interested to hear them :)

The best time to do cardio is after breakfast try HIIT high intensity about 4-15 minutes this will increase your metabolism the entire day and you will burn fat. You can also do it after your weight training also make sure you eat good fats at every meal your body wont burn stored fat unless its getting good fats like egg yolks, nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashews, peanuts, peany butter or buy fish and flaxseed oil
