Get your ass off the couch. Get your ass out of the house. It is a new year. EVERYDAY is a new day. Push yourself. Set goals, and break them. Want to get yourself to the gym? Just get up and go. Have to get up early to do it, or go late at night? Do it. Can't make it to the gym? Go out in your back yard and bust your ass. If you want to make a change, GO AND MAKE IT! No one can stop you. You are unstoppable. Take up that mentality. Fight for physical changes. Fight to make yourself healthier. Fight to improve upon yourself. A great quote I read the other day, "I am stronger than I was yesterday, but weaker than I will be tomorrow." Embrace that quote. Live today to live tomorrow. Wether you are on a strict cut, or a crazy bulk, hit your macronutrients. Hit your daily calories. Put the time into the gym. Bust your ass and you can achieve anything. Build the body of your dreams. NO ONE can stop you. It is all you. 100% you. Read the stickies, gather the information you need. Use what you have learned, and apply it. Make yourself who you want to be.

Don't wait for change to come, make the wait for change end, and the changing will begin.
