I'm trying to cut some undesired weight thought it would be coming off faster than it is. Just looking for some advice. I'm only 1 week in so maybe I'm just impatient. Meal 1- 3/4 oats 6 egg whites 1/2 banana. Meal 2- protien shake. Meal 3-5 1cup brown rice 1cup lean ground beef (7%). Meal 6- 1cup brown rice 1cup broccoli 1cup lean ground turkey Meal 7- 1cup broccoli 1cup lean ground turkey. Meal 8 protien shake. I'm also doing 20mins of moderate cardio 2 times a day and I weight train 2 days on 1 day off. Oh I forgot I started at 227.5 I weighed in yesterday at 225.1 I'm 5'8" probably 23-24% bf. Thanks for reading any advice is much appreciated

Your diet is excellent start eating good fats your body wont burn stored fat unless its getting good fats nuts like almonds, cashews, walnuts, peanuts, peanut butter, egg yolk, olive oil, fish and flaxseed oil, aim for 5-12g of good fats at every meal. Also try high intensity cardio instead of moderate cardio. Just go real hard for 4-15 minutes this raises your metabolism for the entire day and you just keep burning calories
