On October 7th I weighed 170 and at 5`2" I was kinda over weight. According to weight charts I should be 98-120 lbs and was able to get down to 159 but was stuck there. I got sucked into the hcg diet and of course used the "hormone free" kind due to FDA pulling all real hcg stuff. I was able to get down to 148 in 21 days but after more research I feel that due to it being a phoney hcg I was losing weight just from eating the 500 calories and am worried about gaining all if not more of it back. Is there any good meal plans to find that I could follow? My husband loves this forum/website and showed me the Jennifer Nicole lee workout which I plan to start tomorrow however you need to purchase her book for recipes. Any help to a good start would be appreciated!
