i hope this is in the right section, i have a deep respect for natty pro's and im curious as to how they train and eat. i've noticed that most WNBF pro's train with a 5 day split training each body part once per week sometimes twice. whenever i try training like that i cannot gain any strength at all and i even lose strength. the only thing i like about the split is that it allows my muscles to restore glycogen so my muscles look nice and full about 5 days after working out a particular body part. when i do full body routines my strength is much higher but muscles look flat and i have symptoms of over training, my hair starts to thin and my face looks paranoid and gaunt (which is a real problem).

i would like to train with a split but for some reason i just cant get stronger and with that i don't put on muscle. anyone here experienced that?

I have experienced that. I started doing HIT training and it made a world of difference. Its always good to switch it up.
