View Full Version : 10-15lbs weight gain in 2 months??

And not in a good way I feel....

Since IV been taking 1MR I have gained almost 15lbs. I dont feel much stronger but I know i look 'fatter'. IV been doing more cardio than I ever have too, so I'm pretty confused. The only thing I can figure is we just went through Thanksgiving and Christmas. But still that can't be it. Other than that I haven't changed my diet it somewhere around 5 years.

Breakfast
Special k original..with blue berries, black berries, and bananas.

Half cup coffee at work

Lunch
Chicken or fish
White and or brown rice less than a cup
Mixed veggies (I hate veggies fyi)
Or maybe do nachos

Small snack bf gym
Yogurt with fruit

1MR as I start my first 1/4 mile on the treadmill.usually drink a quarter of my mixture.
I stay on the treadmill for 45-hour and 15. Usually do 3.5 and 5.5 miles.

Drink the rest of my 1mr and do my hour to hour and a half workout.


Dinner
Same as lunch



Of course there is the occasional going out to eat with friends and drinks on the weekend. But not nearly as much since I started my big boy job.



Any insight would be nice I'm def going for something different after 1mr is gone. Maybe back to jack3d or NO X

Uhm... You might get a better response, in the supplement section... But... Looks like you need to bump up your protein, and cut down on the carbs...
